Press Release Summary = Most stalls at the Global Village in Dubai offer visitors a
chance to buy interesting products from around the world. But an Indian stall is
giving its customers a great opportunity to help save children's lives with every
purchase they make.

Press Release Body = Kids Kidney Foundation, a registered Indian NGO, has put up a
unique type of stall at the India Pavilion of Global Village, Dubai, United Arab
Emirates. The stall offers its visitors an easy way to help the Foundation provide
basic kidney care to Indian children through the Indian products on display.

Anyone who wants to help or contribute can buy a gift items like flags of different
countries, inspirational posters, leaf art and candles exhibited at the stall. 100%
of the sales proceeds of the stall will go towards the building of the proposed Kids
Kidney Centre in India, where there is a dire need for accessible kidney care.

"Global Village in Dubai is an ideal place for us to reach out to kindhearted people
from around the world, including Indians living abroad who are committed to the well
being of their country. Visitors are showing remarkable interest our project for
improving kidney care in India and making it affordable for children who can't
afford it," says Qadri Syed Mohammad Nadim, President of Kids Kidney Foundation, who
is attending to visitors at the stall.

The idea to set up an NGO dedicated to providing affordable kidney care was borne
out of personal experience. Mohammad Nadim lost his 16-year nephew Yunus to kidney
failure one year ago. "The kidney donor was available. The treatment was available.
The problem was that the cost of diagnosis and treatment of kidney damage was beyond
our means," says Nadim who put in all his savings for his nephew's treatment after
the meagre funds of the child's daily-wage-earning father ran out, but in vain. When
his teenage cousin succumbed to kidney failure and died, Nadim took up the task to
help other children suffering the same fate in India and founded Kids Kidney
Foundation which is, as its tagline says: "In the memory of a child who could not
afford his treatment".

Detailed plans of the Kids Kidney Centre being built in Uttaranchal, India and a
miniature model of the project are also displayed at the stall and visitors are
encouraged to discuss ways in which they would like to get involved in helping the
Foundation help children in India who are suffering from kidney ailments.

Global Village visitors can visit the Kids Kidney Foundation Stall No. Y25 inside
the India Pavilion any day from 4.00 pm to 1.00 am (Mondays are for families).
